CAPTCHA issue when logging in (no CAPTCHA showing)
Try the following first:
- Enter your login details manually (don’t copy-paste or use autofill/password managers)
- Try logging in using a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Open an incognito/private browsing window and attempt login again
In most cases, CAPTCHA-related issues happen when fields are auto-filled or copied, which can trigger a hidden verification check.

- You type your login details manually
- You try a different browser
- You use an incognito/private browsing window
