Yes, you can send a follow-up, but only to podcast hosts or guests who have accepted your connection.

Once someone has accepted, you’ll see "Accepted" below their name. That means you’ve officially matched and connected and can follow up directly.

If it says "Pending," it means they haven’t marked you as interested yet or they’ve chosen not to connect. In those cases, the system doesn’t allow follow-ups to avoid unwanted messages.
