Why can’t I see an inbox in my account?

The inbox icon should appear on the right side of the top menu, just before your show or profile name.

If your inbox isn’t showing up, try the following:

  • Use a different browser (we recommend Google Chrome)
  • Switch to the desktop version or try using incognito/private mode
  • You can also go directly to your inbox using this link
