I received a notification that someone sent me a connection or message, but I don’t see it.

If you have both a Guest and a Show profile on Talks.co, your inboxes are separate for each. That means messages and matches are only visible within the specific profile they were sent to.

To check:

  • Make sure you're viewing the correct profile
  • Try switching between your Guest and Show profiles to see where the message or connection appeared
