Why am I not receiving match notifications?

If you're not receiving match notifications from Talks.co, here are a few things to check:

1. Email Settings – Make sure you're checking the right inbox, and look in your spam or promotions folder just in case.
2. Notification Preferences – Log in, click the ⚙️ gear icon, and review your notification settings to ensure they’re turned on.
3. Guest vs. Show Profiles – If you have both a Guest Profile and a Show Profile, the notifications for each are separate. Make sure you’ve switched to the correct profile view to see all your matches.
4. Keep Engaging – You’ll only get match notifications when there’s mutual interest. Keep showing interest in other profiles to increase your chances of matching.
5. Complete Your Profile – A fully completed profile with specific topics and interests helps you appear in more searches and boosts your chances of getting matched.
