How do I manage my upcoming interviews?

You can stay on top of your interviews in two simple ways.


1. Use your personal calendar (recommended)

As soon as you confirm an interview, add it to your Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook, or whichever calendar you use. This helps you:

  • Get reminders before each interview
  • Avoid double bookings
  • Keep everything organized if you’re juggling multiple guests or shows


2. Use the Talks scheduling tracking feature

There's a scheduling tracker inside Talks to help you stay even more organized.

After booking an interview (from your or your match’s calendar):

  • Go to your Talks inbox
  • Look for your match’s name
  • Open your message thread with them
  • Click the Schedule icon at the top of the conversation
  • Enter the date and time of your interview
  • Save it to mark the interview as scheduled and track it inside Talks

This helps you quickly see which matches already have confirmed interviews, so you don’t lose track or accidentally double-book.

Quick note: Talks still doesn’t fully manage your personal calendar for you, so your external calendar remains your main source of reminders, but the Talks tracking feature gives you a clearer view of which of your matches you have already scheduled an interview with.
